The Great Depression begs to differ.
Speaking in front of American mayors at a conference in Orlando Florida today, Vice President Joe Biden blasted Congressional Republicans for failing to pass legislation for important infrastructure for American cities, but admitted it wouldn't be enough for a full recovery.
Referring to the Service and Transportation Act, Biden demanded that Congress pass it, insisting that it would create 2 million jobs.
